Data & privacy practices

Trusted introductions depend on transparency. This page explains exactly what a listing means and how owners stay in control.

Where listings come from

Unclaimed listings are compiled from publicly available professional and business information that the directory operator is permitted to use. We do not scrape search engines or social networks, and we do not publish private personal data.

No implied membership or endorsement

A listing is never a statement that the professional joined RelayCircle, endorsed it, or is a member. Every unclaimed listing is labeled “Public Listing · Unclaimed” until its owner claims and verifies it.

Correction, claim and removal

The listed professional can claim their profile, correct its details, or request removal at any time from the profile page. Removal requests are reviewed by an operator and honoured.

Suppression after removal

When a removal is approved, the listing is taken down and a suppression key is stored so the same professional is not accidentally re-imported in a future data import.
