RelayCircle publishes two kinds of profiles: claimed profiles created by the professional, and unclaimed listings compiled from permitted public business information. Unclaimed listings are clearly labeled, never imply membership or endorsement, and can be claimed, corrected or removed by the professional at any time.
Only permitted public business data
Listings are built from public professional and business information — profession, business name, market and public web presence. Private personal data is not published, and internal fields such as contact details and claim tokens are never exposed on public pages.
Explicit unclaimed labeling
Unclaimed listings carry a visible 'Public Professional Profile — Unclaimed' label and a public-data disclosure on every profile page. No unclaimed listing implies membership, consent, affiliation or endorsement.
Owner control comes first
The listed professional can claim the profile, correct its details, or request removal at any time. Claiming never grants administrative access, and activation always requires an explicit confirmation from the owner.
Suppression after removal
Approved removals are recorded in a suppression list that is checked during imports and before any send, so a removed professional is not re-added or contacted again by mistake.
Truthful communication
RelayCircle does not publish testimonials, member counts, rankings, revenue figures or performance statistics it cannot verify, and it does not imply partnerships or endorsements that do not exist.

Where do unclaimed RelayCircle listings come from?
Unclaimed listings are compiled from publicly available professional and business information that the operator is permitted to use, such as public business contact and profession details. RelayCircle does not publish private personal data.
Does an unclaimed profile mean the professional joined RelayCircle?
No. An unclaimed listing never means the professional signed up, consented, endorsed RelayCircle, is affiliated with it or is a member. Every unclaimed listing is labeled 'Public Professional Profile — Unclaimed' and is not marked as accepting referrals until the professional personally verifies ownership and activates it.
How do I claim my profile?
Open your listing in the directory and use 'Claim this profile'. Ownership is reviewed before a profile becomes verified, and nothing is activated until you explicitly confirm it.
How do I get my listing removed?
Use 'Request removal' on your listing, or the removal request page. Approved removals are added to a suppression list so the same professional is not accidentally re-imported later.
Will I receive email from RelayCircle if I never signed up?
Any invitation email explains plainly that you did not sign up and are not a member, and includes removal and privacy links. Suppression and unsubscribe requests are respected across future imports and sends.
